MEET OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF
Salvatore Giorgio is the former owner and chef of Bar Taralli, where he built a strong reputation for honest, flavour-driven cooking grounded in southern Italian tradition. Salvatore’s career has also included time in a number of highly regarded kitchens, including Marnong Estate, Scopri and Bar Bambi — experiences that have shaped his disciplined, thoughtful approach to food and leadership.
