Accommodation Booking/Payment/Cancellation/Refund Terms

  • Deposits/Pre-Authorisation: To complete check in on arrival, you will need a valid photo ID and the credit card used to secure the booking reservation. We place a temporary pre-authorisation of $100 per night for incidentals upon check in.
  • Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as room service, minibar, damages, or other amenities, will be charged to the same credit card unless otherwise authorised by the guest.
  • Group bookings: The organiser can choose to complete a single pre-authorisation—which is a temporary hold on funds used to cover any incidental charges across all rooms and guests. Alternatively, each guest may provide their own pre-authorisation upon arrival, ensuring individual coverage for any incidentals during their stay.
  • Cancellation Windows: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, 100% fee thereafter
  • No-Show Fees: 100% booking fee will be charged to account on file
  • Refund Handling: Refunds processed via original payment method within 14 days, subject to ACL rights.

  • Overbooking/Relocation: In rare cases where overbooking occurs, we will offer alternative accommodation at equal/higher standard at no extra cost or a full refund.
